2017 Burn Victim Donations - NB5
Members of Red Knights NB Chapter 5 presented both Mr. Ian Clair of Clair NB and Rudy Oakes of Saint Francois, NB with a donation of $500. to help with cost incurred with travel to hospital , medication and bandages . Mr. Clair suffered 1st and 2nd degree burns to his face and both hands and MR. Oakes suffered 2nd degree burns to his face due to a Furnace Burner malfunction. Also in December 2017, a $1000.00 donation was made Sebastien Albert, who burned himself in a house fire in grand falls nb.. Raised 2000.00
Burn Victim Marcel Theriault - NB5
Donation is to help cover costs incurred with travel to hospital , medication and bandages . Mr Theriault suffered 1st and 2nd degree burns to his face, arms and hands due to a fire in his garage. Raised 500.00

4th Annual Firefighter's Ride for Awareness of Cancer in the Fire Service
Ny -19 Held its 4th Annual Firefighter's Ride to benefit the Believe 271 Foundation on Saturday June 4th. Beleive 271 provides financial assistance to Regional Firefighter's who become ill due to fire related illness or cancer. The foundation also provides numerous outreach presentations to NY Fire Depts. in their own stations to educate on the improtance of cleaning turnout gear and selecting healthy life choices to minimize the risk of cancer. This year our major donation sponsor was Harley-Davidson of Utica. The Ride had 198 attendees, with 170 bikes making a 2 mile long motorcade. This years presentation was made at the 2018 NYSAFC Show at Turning Stone Casino June 16.
Red Knights 2018 Yankee Rally
Breakfast attendant at the Best Western Hotel Clifton Park, NY $1,700.15
The hotel manager told us that Peggy, who worked in the breakfast room and had a severe hearing deficiency, was collecting cans to cash in for hearing aids that she could not afford!!! Matt Giuliano over heard this and said we need to do something for her!! He passed a rally bag and the rally attendees donated $1,700.15!! In addition, 6 bags of cans were collected! Thank you all who donated! Peggy has ordered her new hearing aids. Proud to be a Red Knight!!!!!
Pass the Boot - VA 4
This was the Red Knights MC, Chapter 4, Virginia, PASS THE BOOT, fundraiser held on 17 March 2018.
All donations were for the Burn Unit at Children's Hospital of the King's Daughter, Norfolk, VA.
We raised $452.00. The check was presented to the Development Officer, Kate Kruse on 22 March 2018 at the hospital.

PA31, PA8, PA38, PA39 - Teddy Bear Fun Ride
Pa 31 with the help of Pa 8, Pa 38 and 39. Held the Teddy Bear Fun Ride, Benefitting the Pediatric units at Indiana, Regional Hospital and Pittsburgh Children's Hospital. Members presented a check for $2695 to Renda Broadcasting for this year’s ride. Five year total is over $12,000.
Mass 2 Sherry's House
Members of RK Mass-2 presented a check for over $3,000 to Sherry’s House (www.whyme.org).
Sherry’s house is a residential facility where families whose children are undergoing cancer treatment (in and around Boston) can stay.
The chapter raised the funds by raffling off a finished Jack Daniels barrel that was donated by members Rick and Lori Oliver, proprietors of the New Salem General Store.
Maine 3 Make A Wish.
(1) Maine chapter-3 raised $7000 last year to make Ryker's dream of going on
a Disney cruise come true.
(1) In June 2016, Maine chapter-3 raised $7400 for Make A Wish Maine to send
Charlotte from Bucksport Maine to Disney.
Austria 2: 10/10/2015 in Tobelbad, Styria, Austria. We were able to donate $750 to the fire brigade of Styria. The money is used to help injured firefighters
Austria 2: On 20.08.2016 we hosted a charity event. We were able to donate $2000 to a young woman. The woman fell ill with sudden muscle spasm and needed urgent financial support.
OK 8 Local Golf Tournament for Dream League Baseball.
For the third year in a row, OK8 ran a concession stand at a local golf tournament to raise money for Dream League Baseball. Last week, we presented a check for $3,531 to that non-profit organization to help build a baseball field for special needs children in our surrounding communities. Dream League has finally secured land and enough funds to complete the project!
